The Resilience Roadmaps project by EIT Culture & Creativity aims to help cultural and creative organisations navigate complexity and uncertainty while building long-term systemic resilience.

By introducing the Resilience Compass, the project provides practical tools to explore capacities across Capital, Collective, Core and Climate, enabling participants to map their current state and design actionable pathways forward. Since its launch, we have developed pilot courses, hosted interactive workshops, and created a growing network of practitioners engaging in shared learning and reflection. The project combines creative practice with strategic foresight, making resilience tangible, applicable, and adaptable for diverse contexts. Through these efforts, we aim to empower cultural and creative actors to become catalysts for sustainable transformation in their organisations and communities.

About resilience & EIT Culture & Creativity

EIT Culture & Creativity is on a mission to radically shift the role and resilience of Europe’s Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries (CCSI). We believe that thriving in today’s world requires more than sustainability alone, it demands resilience: the ability to adapt, recover, and flourish in the face of uncertainty.
